I've been selling real estate in eastern Massachusetts since 2006 — long enough to have worked through the crash, the recovery, the COVID frenzy, and the rate shock that followed it. Nothing about this market surprises me anymore, and that's exactly what I want on your side of the table.

A few things I do that most agents don't: we own our own staging inventory (no middleman, no extra cost to you), every listing gets professional photography, and before I ever show you a house or list yours, we sit down and I ask the questions you don't know to ask yet. That last one has saved clients from mistakes more times than I can count.

A deal I still think about: a couple with a baby due in weeks had their contingent purchase fall apart when the buyer on their side walked. I put their place back on the market, kept both transactions alive, and closed both about 30 days later. They moved in. The baby came. They're still there.
